By accessing the website ChartCardio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ChartCardio is a platform designed to help users practice seeing "Smart Money Concepts."

ChartCardio is an educational tool.

  • No Financial Advice: The content provided, including training on BOS (Break of Structure), Daily Bias, Equilibrium, FVG (Fair Value Gaps), Liquidity, Order Blocks, Risk Management, and Trends, is for educational purposes only.
  • Simulated Data: All charts and trading scenarios are simulated or historical. We use data from Binance (for Crypto, Duels, and Training) and TradingView (for other assets).
  • No Risk: There is no real money trading on this platform.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You agree to create an account with a Username and Password.
  • Verification: You acknowledge that while an email is not required immediately, you must verify an email address within 5 days of registration to maintain full access to your account.
  • Security: We hash your password for security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. User Conduct

You agree that:

  • You will use the website for its intended purpose of learning and practicing trading concepts.
  • We monitor user activity, including button presses and answers, to ensure the integrity of the training modules and leaderboards.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and specific training modules (Charts Training, Interactive Accordion Grid, Chart Duels) are the property of ChartCardio. The market data displayed is sourced from third parties (Binance, TradingView) and is used here for educational visualization.

6. Termination

  • Voluntary: You may stop using the service at any time.
  • Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account by contacting us at chartcardio@gmail.com.
  • Forced Termination: We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to verify their email within the specified timeframe.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChartCardio is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the historical market data provided by Binance or TradingView. We are not liable for any decisions you make in real financial markets based on your practice here.
